Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may return items purchased from our online store within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Certain items are exempt from returns, including personal care items, gift cards, and sale items (if applicable).

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@tigeraustralia.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval  of your refund amount.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Law
